The Swan.
In this television series, you are to be transformed into, as they say, the perfect woman. You are to undergo different surgeries and operations to become beautiful, sexy and all that. The chosen women to be in this reality show are the ones who had bad experiences in the past that caused them to be depressed which can affect to both body and mind. It’s just like saying, “the birth of the new you.”- The supporting side -
Everybody has a right to choose. Everybody has the right to be happy and of course, I know that God would all want us to be happy. If that is the reason why they joined this contest, then I’d say go. I salute the doctors and other experts that are willing to help the women in The Swan to regain their self-confidence, self-esteem as well as their trust to their selves. I am also happy to see in the contestants that no matter hard the process is, they are determined to finish the makeover.
- The against side -
I believe that everybody is familiar in the saying, “We are all made in the image and likeness of God.” I think that you don’t need to have a beautiful face, sexy body and the like to be called beautiful. If fact, I think that when you have a beautiful heart for others, that’s when you can call yourself truly beautiful. For me, what matters most is the heart inside, not the face outside.
