The song I Believe by Yolanda Adams talks about reaching your goals and the positive as well as the negative things that you can encounter in the process. In this song, it has a big part of its lyrics wherein it’s about encouraging that certain person. It says about the possible things that other people can tell you that can discourage you.
I admire this song a lot. Whenever I hear this song, besides remembering Spotlight last year and the movie Honey starring Jessica Alba, I feel like the singer is talking to me. It is very appropriate to me especially in times that I want to give up on something because it is so hard to achieve. I admire how they put up the lyrics because it is so inspiring. I would also like to give my praise to the beat of the song. The beat is very up beat, especially the drumbeat part; therefore it goes well with a good choreography. *smiles*
I hope they will make other songs that have lyrics similar to the message of this song by Yolanda Adams. Again, simple but very inspiring.
